Think you have what it takes to cook under pressure? FOX and Gordon Ramsay are searching nationwide for talented chefs and cooks to compete on a new season of Next Level Chef, expected to premiere in 2027.
The casting call is open to culinary talent from a variety of backgrounds. You do not have to work in a traditional restaurant kitchen to be considered. Professional chefs, line cooks, home cooks, food truck owners, social media chefs, and other passionate food creators are encouraged to apply.
About Next Level Chef
Next Level Chef is a FOX cooking competition led by Gordon Ramsay alongside chefs Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais, who serve as mentors to teams of contestants throughout the competition.
The show challenges competitors inside its distinctive three-level kitchen. Each floor offers dramatically different cooking conditions. The top level features premium equipment and ingredients, while the lower levels become increasingly difficult, testing each chef’s creativity, adaptability, consistency, and ability to perform under pressure.
The series is produced by Studio Ramsay Global and FOX Alternative Entertainment, with Gordon Ramsay, Lisa Edwards, and Matt Cahoon serving as executive producers.

What Can Contestants Win?
There is plenty at stake for the chefs who make it into the competition.
The winner of Next Level Chef receives a $250,000 grand prize, the title of Next Level Chef, and a one-year mentorship with Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, and Richard Blais.
Contestants will need more than impressive recipes to make it through the competition. Creativity, determination, consistency, quick decision-making, and the ability to adapt to changing kitchen conditions can all play an important role.
